Today, February 27, The National have shared that they will be going on a one night stand next weekend. The show is scheduled for Saturday, March 4 at the Bearsville Theater in Woodstock, New York, and arrives before the group’s appearance at The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
This weekend’s concert is presented by Radio Woodstock 100.1. The special night will see the band take the stage at the intimate upstate music venue and deliver a selection of tracks culled from their favorite music catalog, beginning at 8 pm ET.
Prior to the band’s appearance at the Bearsville Theater, they will perform as guests at The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Friday March 3. Upcoming events for The National come after the group announced the April 28 release of their ninth studio album, The first two pages of Frankensteinand presented a preview of the new collection with the songs “Tropical Morning News” and “New Order T-Shirt”.
The fan club pre-sale for The National show at the Bearsville Theater begins tomorrow, February 28 at 10am local time, followed by a general ticket sale the same day at 2pm.
