Olympia, Washington band Mystic 100’s, formerly known as Milk Music, have announced a new double album due out later this month. on a micro diet is out March 31 via Online Ceramics/Listening House. The first sample of the album is the 10-minute opening and title track. Find it below.
New album follows 2017’s self-titled 100 mystics. Accompanying the ad is a kind of five-page typewritten manifesto that closes with this byline: “Support your public library, give it a hoot, don’t pollute, excelsior, etc. Let’s eat.” Read it below.
